01Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or using the Game, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you are able to form a binding contract in your country (or have your parent or guardian’s consent). The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
02Licence to use the Game
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or lease any part of the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits;
- cheat, use unauthorised tools or exploits, or interfere with the Game’s normal operation or other players’ experience;
- circumvent the hearts system, purchases, or any technical limitation; or
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
04Hearts & in-game items
The Game uses “hearts” as a play mechanic. Hearts and any other in-game items have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable outside the Game. We may adjust, balance or change the in-game economy at any time to keep the Game fair and fun.
05Purchases & subscriptions
The Game is free to play. It offers one optional purchase — an “Unlimited” pass that removes heart limits for a period of time.
- Billing. All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play through your store account, not directly by us. Current pricing and available options are shown in the Game at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. If the pass is a subscription, it automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and restore previous purchases, from your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
- Refunds. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the store’s own policies. Because the store handles billing, refund requests are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund process.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
06Intellectual property
The Game and everything in it — including its levels, artwork, music, sound, design, the Hepta name and logo, and all related intellectual property — are owned by QRdy or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited licence to play; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
07Third-party services
The Game uses third-party services to function, including Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, messaging and content delivery), RevenueCat (purchase management) and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
08App Store additional terms
The following applies if you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and QRdy only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the Game on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- QRdy, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Game, its content, maintenance and support, and any product warranties, which we may disclaim to the extent the law allows.
- In the event the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the Game.
- QRdy, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game, including product-liability, legal or regulatory claims, and third-party claims that the Game infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
09Updates & availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Game, including features, at any time. We don’t guarantee that the Game will always be available or uninterrupted, and some features require a network connection.
10Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
11Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRdy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QRdy harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14Children
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
15Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Any disputes will be handled in the courts having jurisdiction over QRdy.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Game after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and QRdy regarding the Game.
