A couple of things that help us help you
Hepta has no accounts, so a few details let us pinpoint the issue fast:
- The device and OS version you’re playing on.
- The level number you’re stuck on, if it’s about a specific level.
- For purchases: try “Restore purchases” in Settings first — it brings back your pass instantly.
